ABOUT THE ROLE As a Mobile Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems software with a primary focus on mobile-based solutions (Xamarin) while working with team members and analysts to write professional quality, enterprise software to meet the Firm’s business needs. Other key responsibilities include:  

    • Designing and developing new UI features and Controls for mobile applications
    • Maintaining existing applications while developing innovative new solutions
    • Collaborating with team members to develop customized, high-quality front-end and back-end systems in support of Latham’s mobile platform
    • Troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing mobile non-production and production environments and automated releases
    • Integrating 3rd-Party cloud services and 3rd-Party controls

    ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:  

    • Display comprehensive knowledge of C#, the .NET Framework, and Xamarin
    • Demonstrate proficiency with the ASP.NET programming platform, including MVC and Web Forms
    • Display familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps

    And have:  

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • A minimum of three (3) years of mobile programming experience
    • A minimum of two (2) years of Xamarin/Xamarin Forms (iOS & Android) experience and C#, ASP.NET, and SQL specific programming experience

     

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
