About the Department Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community. About the Role This is a great opportunity to be a member of a high performing sales team at a fast growing technology company. We are looking for a strategic-minded doer who will work cross-functionally with our sales operations, and sales teams to create a scalable prospecting process. Responsibilities Partner with sales team to build customer segmentation strategy for existing self-service customers and new outbound targets. Identify target verticals, company sizes, teams, buyers, and use cases. Then, using this research, build target account lists for prospecting campaigns. Build a process to track progress on outbound and self service prospecting campaigns and to do effective a/b testing for these campaigns. Work with customers and sales team to iterate on outbound messaging best practices Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes. Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.com.
