YOU WILL: - ORGANIZE o Set up and organize a quality Tennis activity according to the standards of Club Med o Organize the reception and the registration of the adult GM and the children o Give GM a material in perfect state offering a practice of quality and safety o Organize the promotion and the information of the Tennis within the village o Organize the schedule and the Tennis duties - ASSURE THE EDUCATION o Welcome and teach the Tennis activity to followers of any levels of any adults and children, and nationalities o Prepare and make theoretical and practical classes o Estimate the competence and elaborate an educational program adapted to needs and to levels of the pupils Accept the variety of the capacities of every GM o Master and guarantee the application of the methods of education of the Tennis - SUPEVISE AND ANIMATE o Adopt an attitude and a behavior favoring the integration of GM o Animate the activity by organizing specific sessions (playful and\or educational) while proposing forms of original and rewarding practices to the GM o Organize and animate competitions for all, adults and children o Participate to the Tennis animation and to the life of the village - APPLY o Apply the standards of Club Med, particularly in terms of safety and hygiene of the Tennis activity o Engage corrective actions if necessary o Apply the directives and the orders of the sport manager or the Tennis supervisor - MANAGE o Manage the material of the activity o Watch to assure the quality and the quantity of equipment all season long o Make respect the patrimony of the Tennis (location, infrastructure, material and equipment) o Be anxious to inform the sport manager of the problems related to the activity o Assure the follow-up of the organization in agreement with the sports manager WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
