MAIN MISSIONS: o Welcome the guests with professionalism and in the respect of Club Med Attitudes and Behavior o Be consistently available to provide the guests with top-notch Service in accordance to Club Med standards o Recommend additional available services to the guests (GMs) MANAGE THE ARRIVALS AND THE DEPARTURES:

    • Maintain cleanliness of your workstation
    • Maintain the necessary computer lists and verify the selection of rooms
    • Review the modalities of transfers of the arriving guests
    • Welcome the guests at arrival
    • Identify, register the new-comers and indicate any abnormality
    • Propose services (opening accounts, phone line, towels)
    • Inform the guests about the program of their stay
    • Close the account of the guest
    • Close his (her, its) daily box

    MANAGE THE SERVICES OF THE GM DURING ITS STAY:

    • Manage the switchboard, wake-up calls, messages and the mail
    • Manage the first aid kits
    • Manage the currency exchange (according to local legislation)
    • Manage the deposits of objects and values
    • Manage the loans of games (if available)
