    We're looking for a customer success lead here at Accident.com that can help with the following tasks:

    • Managing accounts for our subscription customers
    • Convert free trials into paid customers
    • Being the main point of contact for our customers after they are onboarded.
    • Being the main point of contact to resolve customer support issues such as failed payments, dispute resolution. and being there to answer support questions.
