ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Finance Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various high level administrative and project support duties requiring a thorough understanding of the department’s operation and relevant firm procedures for Chief, Directors, and other Senior Management. Other key responsibilities include:
Coordinating projects, taking ownership for ensuring that project management and other processes are followed, and ensuring the relevant tracking pages and necessary documentation are updated
Assisting with special projects as necessary and meeting with the relevant project owners to ensure that project documentation is prepared and published to current department standards
Ensuring the department’s administrative processes, including contract review and travel booking are maintained, followed, and monitored; following up with relevant parties as needed
Developing relationships and becoming a liaison between immediate supervisor and other office/department supervisors
Coordinating meetings, including the distributing of agendas, identifying and following-up of action items, and other administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
Display strong communication skills, both written and oral; the ability to create and provide effective, clear, and regular communications to the team, using various media
Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills
And have:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of four (4) years of experience performing complex administrative duties and coordinating projects and initiatives in Professional Services or Project Management related field
