Job Description Fragomen's Phoenix office is seeking a business immigration professional. This is a legal role NOT a general HR role. In this role, Fragomen assigns the Human Resources Immigration Coordinator (HRIC) to the client immigration team. This professional is trained to coordinate internal client activities as they relate to immigration. This professional would be well acquainted with the clients culture, policy, philosophy and procedures. To that end, the HRIC works as the foreign nationals advocate on the Fragomen team and is the point person in coordinating the fact gathering and reporting processes. The HRIC would also be the first line of representation for employees and management who are involved in the immigration process. The HRIC position enhances the legal teams efforts by directly representing the clients foreign national population and minimizing turn-around time for questions and flow of documentation. This role also becomes a vital asset to the corporate clients internal HR team by assuming responsibility for much of the day-to-day organizational immigration activities and facilitating the fulfillment of both the corporate client and the legal teams needs. The role of the HRIC is unique to Fragomen, as we are constantly evolving to better service the needs of our clients.
