    Job Description

    Guardant Health Inc. As part of Business application team is seeing a highly motivated summer intern – Business analyst to own the Oracle ERP Cloud technology solution to meet the need of our internal business departments. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with internal business stakeholders (Finance & Supply chain) to define our future system roadmap. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working under the supervision of ERP managers/Staff engineer, you will:
    • Learn how ERP application Helps Finance, FP&A, Supply chain teams to manage their data to operations and perform Quarter end close and how systems help to generate the Quarterly results. 
    • Understand how various Guardant teams uses ERP application to their needs
    • Work very closely with Finance & Supply chain teams to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of Business Requirements, Functional Design.
    • Produce documentation that reflects current and future design.
    • Participate in technical & Functional discussions
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Completed Coursework in master’s in supply chain/Finance management 
    • Experience in Accounting Concepts and supply chain processes
    • Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
    • Experience with Accounting is a plus
    • Knowledge of Finance area is a plus

    EDUCATION: 

    Students close to or recently completing BBA/MBA In Finance/supply chain Management or a related field with some Accounting Knowledge
