    Job Description

    The Guardant Health Legal team supports our entire organization - we are the true foundation of our company! Our mission is to support all departments by delivering objective, relevant, and creative solutions to legal issues.

    By joining us, you will gain an understanding of how our products work while getting to work on a wide range of projects from the contracts process to privacy and compliance issues.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working under the supervision of our contracts and compliance teams, you will:
      • Support the contract administration process
      • Communicate with internal teams on upcoming terminations of contracts and/or status of open requests
      • Assist with archival of fully executed contracts in database
      • Assist compliance and privacy team with request tracking
      • Assist with compliance training setup and tracking
      • Participate in department projects as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must have initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Be intellectually curious when investigating, analyzing, and drawing conclusions
    • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment

    Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
