    **About the role
    ** As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Latham, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of accuracy and reliability regarding technology applications. Other key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting Team Managers, Supervisors, and various Technology Department teams to ensure websites and applications are developed and implemented at their expected levels
    • Assisting the Technology Department with performing quality assurance procedures for software implements, upgrades, custom applications, and report development
    • Assisting with isolating, troubleshooting, and resolving problems and issues with technology projects
    • Developing and executing test plans with guidance from the Team and Project Manager
    • Communicating with the Team Manager and Supervisor regarding testing status in accordance with project management procedures

    About you

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Possess an unparalleled attention to detail, value precision, and can manage complex QA projects, ensuring each effort thoroughly reviewed and impeccably delivered
    • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including comprehending and communicating data
    • Possess knowledge of automated test scripting and tools, reporting tools, server hardware/software configuration, data warehousing concepts and processes, and systems analysis and design methods
    • Possess knowledge and proficiency working with a wide variety of software programs, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Exchange, and Document Management Systems

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field
    • A minimum of three (3) years of Quality Assurance experience
    • Experience using relational database systems, executing manual testing techniques, and composing and executing test suites and cases
    • Experience with the testing of web, client/server, and n-tiered systems, as well as experience with data modeling, customization, and data conversion

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
