    **About the role
    **As a Legal Secretary/Attorney Support Assistant – PROS, you will directly assist an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities such as:

    • Working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
    • Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
    • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
    • Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
    • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices

    **About you
    **Preferred candidates:

    • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
    • Take initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
    • Can multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
    • Have a Bachelor's degree and/or prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
    • Have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
