    ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development Marketing Technology Manager - Experience, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth of the Experience Team globally. The BD Marketing Technology Manager - Experience will be focused on building an efficient, cross-functional team to support the firm’s experience collection in Foundation. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Directly supervising growing global team of Experience Analysts across multiple offices
    • Ensuring a high quality of client and matter data collection by guiding and supporting team members with matter profiling
    • Establishing an expert understanding of Foundation - all of its features, configuration options and related processes and workflows
    • Ensuring consistent unparalleled end user experience and customer support by monitoring search requests and confirming all requests are handled in a timely manner
    • Increasing engagement and fluency of Foundation by connecting with users and understanding their key business needs

     

    ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

     

    • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (i.e. planning, problem solving, and decision making) necessary for effective management
    • Have a strong ability to positively and proactively influence others, including multiple stakeholders
    • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective interpersonal communication (e.g., active listening).

     

    And have:

     

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working in a legal and/or professional services environment with a focus on implementing/operating marketing technology tools and leading the relevant teams
    • Fluency in client data technologies, stack integration, marketing automation, and marketing/business development services within a legal services environment is desired, as well as experience with launching, promoting, and maintaining enterprise-wide marketing solutions

     

     

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
