Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking an Events Senior Executive to join our dynamic team in London. As part of the London Business Development (BD) team, you will lead on the organization of events (corporate hospitality and seminars). This involves working independently on London and European projects as well as working with the Client Programmes Supervisor and London BD Manager to initially plan, project manage and attend events. In this role, you will perform all functions related to general event planning administration including sourcing relevant materials, preparing delegate lists, issuing invitation etc. The Events Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring best practice is in use across all events to maintain the high quality service our clients expect.
