ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development - Marketing Technology Training Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a variety of software and training services to the firm’s lawyers and staff with a focus on the Business Development Team. Other key responsibilities include:

• Leading and/or assisting in creating/refreshing training programs for software rollouts to meet the requirements of the appropriate Latham population; developing training programs to enhance the ability of Latham personnel to use technology resources and provide a competitive advantage for the firm
• Developing and/or coordinates the delivery of teaching aids such as videos, eLearning, outlines, handouts, instructions, tip sheets, online learning, Tips of the Week, and other reference materials
• Identifying technology skill gaps of Latham personnel; making recommendations to the MarTech team and Business Development ("BD") leadership; helping develop programs to close learning gaps
• Reviewing ServiceNow training requests in order to develop/evolve needed training programs
• Contributing to the identification and creation of new learning opportunities outside the classroom, such as using multi-media programs, online courses, webinars, etc.

ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have the ability to translate business training requirements into successful training implementations with demonstrable and measurable results
• Have well-developed and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
• Have excellent presentation skills with an ability to deliver engaging learning to an audience for instructional purposes in person and remotely

And have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of three (3) years of training experience
• Experience working within the legal, professional services, or financial sectors (advantageous but is not essential)
