As the global outbreak of COVID-19 continues to unfold, Latham has taken precautions to help protect our people, clients, and the communities where we live and work. The Practice Support Analyst will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. As a Practice Support Analyst at Latham, you will provide a high level of support in the areas of litigation and transactional matters supported by the Practice Support Services (“PSS”) team within the Technology department. You will work on a variety of projects and provide advanced support to other members of the PSS team and members of the case teams on e-discovery document reviews, productions, as well as transactional deal rooms and other related client-matter projects, while accomplishing these and other critical functions:
As a Practice Support Analyst, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful Analyst must have a basic understanding of e-discovery and the e-discovery reference model (“EDRM”), as well as, basic knowledge and proficiency with at least one e-discovery (“EDD”) processing tool, such as eCapture, EnCase, Recommind, Relativity, etc. The ideal candidate should possess a solid basic understanding of database technology, including field types, analytics, indexing, and custom queries. The successful candidate must display the knowledge and proficiency in the use of batch files and/or custom scripts for the management and manipulation of files and data.

An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree is desired. A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of three (3) years of technical experience, preferably in a Legal environment or at a vendor specializing in providing legal technology processing services is desired.
