    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Global Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the learning and development department’s responsibilities; primarily design, development, and delivery of training content and materials. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Designing and developing new training courses, as well as reviewing and/or updating current courses
    • Developing and preparing training materials that include leader’s guide, participant workbooks, and visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations
    • Assisting in identifying training needs and issues, and providing innovative training solutions for the Firm
    • Acting as a trusted adviser to firm leaders in areas of employee learning, development, and advancement
    • Counseling multiple department leaders on long-term development and performance strategies, helping department leaders define expectations and instil accountability

     

    ABOUT YOU

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Demonstrate organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude
    • Possess outstanding project management skills demonstrated across multiple locations, cultures, and matrixed organizations, as well as strong knowledge of and proven proficiency in adult learning and the proven ability to create high level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs and culture of the audience
    • Displaystrong expertise in facilitating professional training programs, in addition to comprehensive understanding of Human Resources and learning and how it relates to policies, job descriptions, workforce analytics, retention, and culture

     

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
    • A Master’s degree or equivalent in related field also strongly preferred
    • A minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in learning and development required
