  • Responsibilities

    In this position you will be the subject matter expert for Career Track and all ancillary systems, processes, reports and agency interfaces.You will lead the corporate development, testing, implementation and roll-out of all facets of the Career Track. You will also lead, manage, streamline and further develop all new and existing functions of the Sales Support Department keeping pace with corporate growth strategies and initiatives. You will lead the transformation of our data accumulation and reporting facilities to align with Career Track (agency growth and development road-map), Agency Builder Model (ABM – blueprint for building an agency) and CRM and liaise with Senior National Staff and Agency Owners to accomplish objectives. You will execute with purpose, clarity, and transparency and seek to effectively mitigate and reduce costs without impacting performance or progress.  The primary areas that you will be responsible for include:

     

    CAREER TRACK

     

    • Life Cycle: Take ownership and lead the full development, testing and implementation of all related systems, reporting and tools. Own the future revisions, enhancements and modifications that will be needed to keep it current and consistent with future growth strategies.  Work closely with ABM team.
    • Data Development and Reporting Systems: Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of all reporting systems and data sets to support all levels of Career Track and Executive Sales Leadership.
    • Promotional: Oversee the professional, accurate, complete and concise production of materials and media, both digital and print, to inform, generate excitement and maximize adoption.   
    • Communications: Lead the ongoing creation and dissemination of all communications across the company.

     

    SALES SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION

     

    • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the creation and management of all data, information and reporting needs for the Sales Department.  Ensure accurate creation and timely distribution. 
    • FHLA and National Sales Meetings: Oversee and facilitate planning and execution as required.
    • Digital Transformation: Assist in the transition from a print-based to a digitally-based Sales Academy.  Lead the re-structuring of Sales Support processes to work seamlessly within a digital platform.  Oversee and ensure the timely, accurate and concise creation of communications, flyers, booklets and other media.
    • Administration: Oversee and execute on myriad administrative tasks that arise, many largely as we transition into new systems and processes across the sales agency.  Identify and oversee automation opportunities.

     

    DATA AND REPORTING TRANSFORMATION

    • New Data and Reporting Systems: Lead the design and development of new information systems and reports to support corporate growth initiatives. Oversee all testing and user acceptance.  Conduct training (webinars and face to face) to educate users at all levels of the company, both internal and external.
    • Digital Platform: Lead the transformation of all data and reporting systems to our CRM and other digital platforms to provide all users a more effective, efficient experience to facilitate corporate growth initiatives.

    Required Experience

    ESSENTIAL TRAITS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Bachelors degree required - Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
    • 8 to 10 years’ experience with a strong foundation in data management and reporting to senior leaders.
    • Demonstrated aptitude with numbers and very strong analytical skills.
    • A proven leader known for sound decision-making, a solid management skill set, and a coaching mindset.
    • Excellent communicator and presenter across constituencies, very organized and detail-oriented.
    • Professional - able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and with a variety of individuals.
    • Highly proficient in Excel and PPT. Salesforce CRM and Tableau experience strongly desired.
    • Able to travel as needed including occasional extended overnight travel.
