    ABOUT THE ROLE As a Workplace Experience (WE) Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and procedures and to deliver a global, best-in-class experience for personnel and clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person.  The WE Manager will demonstrate a commitment to enriching both the physical and virtual workplace and analyzing its impact on employee engagement & productivity, while collaborating with other business services departments and managing the day-to-day functions of the office experience.  Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Partnering with office administration, department managers, and regional leadership to deliver a top quality, globally client-focused working experience
    • Promoting effective and collaborative work practices, exhibiting high professional and ethical standards, and building strong and accountable relations throughout the local office and across the firm
    • Continuously evaluating and identifying innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the workplace experience
    • Creating development plans that are aligned with business needs and individual development needs
    • Building trust amongst the team and meaningful relationships;  inspiring a can-do mind set of service and performance. Create a team environment that fosters the motivation of team members and incorporates interests, talents and goals into their development.

     

     

    ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

     

    • Provide clear instructions and transparency regarding expectations and responsibilities
    • Think critically and engage in effective decision making
    • Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise

     

    And have:

     

    • A Bachelor’s degree, with comparable years of experience considered in lieu of a degree
    • A minimum of seven (7) years of hospitality or customer service management experience Hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience
