ABOUT THE ROLE As an Attorney Recruitment & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities and processes involved in campus recruiting throughout each recruiting season, while continuing to support a variety of Attorney Development initiatives. Other key responsibilities include:

    • Partnering with the Manager of Attorney Development & Programs on the execution of all attorney development, training, and integration efforts in the office, including for fall and lateral associates and transfers
    • Coordinating various events, receptions, and dinners for the office and local departments and practice groups
    • Providing support for various local committees, including the Training and Career Enhancement (TACE), Mentoring, Associates and Pro Bono Committees, and local Affinity Groups
    • Liaising with attorneys, management, and administrative staff as a contributing member of the greater team to expand, enrich and maintain office trainings and practice resources.
    • Assist with bar compliance and VA CLE as needed
    • Corresponding with candidates to schedule interviews, and coordinating information for applicants and interviewers
    • Coordinating logistics in connection with summer program and on campus interviewing
    • Supporting and collaborating with the Recruiting Committee
    • Working with the team on special projects as needed

    ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Display well-developed and professional inter-personal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
    • Exhibit excellent organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree 
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in professional development or recruiting
