    Summary:

     

    Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to support a program with our government customer. The position is based in Washington, DC.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Participates actively in evaluating management efficiency and effectiveness in the direction of significant operating programs and in planning and implementing new and or improved methods of operation and management control
    • Researches and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations
    • Serves as a technical resource for subordinate organizations in the implementation and continued administration of assigned programs, operations, and management initiatives
    • Provide situational awareness during regional contingencies, exercises, and special events to regional leadership in accordance with predetermined standard operating procedures
    • Gather information; identify and analyze relatively straightforward issues and develops recommendations for critical programs
    • Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic critical infrastructure plans and updating these plans in databases
    • Negotiates, coordinates, and integrates assigned mission and programs
    • Plan, develop, and execute complex, controversial and/or sensitive policies
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to the current and draft Strategic Plans and initiatives
    • Analyze and evaluate (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives
    • Advise on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations
    • Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations
    • Develop data required for use in the management and direction of programs 
    • Effectively promote initiatives to internal and external stakeholder

     

     

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
    • A minimum of (4) years of management analysis experience
    • Excellent technical writing skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others
    • All personnel working in this area must have or be able to attain a Public Trust clearance at the Moderate risk level

     

    DESIRED SKILLS:

     

    • Must be able to adjust to constantly changing priorities and demands
    • Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer group
    • May interact with senior management
    • Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company
    • Knowledge of SharePoint
    • Analytical and organizational skills
