    **About the role
    **As a Business Development Senior Specialist – Emerging Companies and Data and Technology Transactions, you will be responsible for developing and managing a coordinated Business Development strategy that utilizes innovative channels to generate leads and drive. Other key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of practice, market and industry expertise, client mix, matter experience, trade groups, and media
    • Providing research, analyzing, and reporting to support the identification and development of new clients and the enhancement of existing client relationships
    • Partnering with multiple teams, including our Industry Group Leads, Practice Development Managers, Brand & Communications, and Events teams to ensure DTT and ECG strategies are incorporated into all client-facing initiatives
    • Building strong relationships with the partners, counsel, and associates across each practice to establish a role as trusted advisor
    • Contributing to cross-selling and client targeting initiatives working with partners, counsel, associates, and Practice Development and Industry Managers

    **About you
    **We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Have well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
    • Possess the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels and superb project management skills
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Previous experience in Business Development/Marketing, preferably in a law firm with Corporate and/or Finance experience

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
