As a Compliance and Ethics Analyst, you will work within Latham’s Office of the General Counsel and provide administrative, research, and analytical support for the multiple compliance programs administered. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: engagement terms and waiver management and review, ethics wall administration, and other compliance-related business functions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of relevant experience in a law firm desired. A Paralegal Certificate, Masters of Library Science degree or its equivalent, or J.D. degree is preferred. The Analyst should have well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, an advanced ability to effectively interface with attorneys, management, support staff and outside contacts.
