ABOUT THE TEAM The New Business team works collaboratively with our partners to develop a go-to-market strategy and materials, ensuring partners are best positioned to win business and increase revenue. They are trained to play a crucial role in engaging directly with partners and clients to gather feedback and evolve our approach. Working as a global team of specialists, the team approaches each opportunity with a commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation to ensure clients and prospects understand the alignment between their needs and our outstanding legal services. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Graphic/Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative graphics for the New Business Team whilst producing engaging designs for proposal documents/client meeting materials. It is crucial that you will remain informed of best practice and developments in design, ensuring the firm remains competitive and innovative in all markets. The successful candidate’s core role will be to:

    • Interpret key messages and selling points into layouts and graphics, demonstrating information management, typography and data visualization.
    • Develop layouts for client facing pitch and client development materials
    • Support, advise and train BD members who use Microsoft PowerPoint and Word templates
    • Guarantee consistency of output across pitch, client development, and relationship building templates

    ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Display the creative thinking needed to design effective visuals and the ability to create imagery that engages, attracts, and sells.
    • Possess excellent concept-to-design skills, the organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines – whilst not sacrificing creative flair.
    • Understand key messages for client or pitch opportunities, provide creative, professional, and impactful creative options that are aligned with our corporate identity tenets and enhance our proposal and presentation materials.
    • Educate BD template users on day-to-day graphics use, advising on best practices.
    • Evaluate requirements of internal clients and navigate the best cause of production.
    • Work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time.
    • Balance multiple priorities and schedules efficiently in order to meet client/lawyer deadlines.
    • Maintain proficient skill set with all necessary software including a deep knowledge of MS Office as well as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
    • Understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the corporate identity guidelines, quality standards and procedures.
