    ABOUT THE TEAM The Enterprise Applications Engineer will work independently and will also collaborate with subject matter experts in the Technology, Workplace Experience, and Global Real Estate departments.

     

    ABOUT THE ROLE As an Enterprise Applications Engineer – Workplace Experience, you will be responsible for engaging and leading teams for workplace technologies including corporate digital signage, meeting room displays, sensors technologies, conference room setups, and A/V technologies. You will maintain a regular dialogue with internal and external clients in order to anticipate potential opportunities and challenges that may arise as a result of global innovation and the overall needs and strategies of the Firm. You will also research new products and oversee their implementation including building custom integrations to existing enterprise applications and platforms. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Managing the design and coordinating the installation of various workplace solutions including meeting room displays and digital signage systems
    • Utilizing technical creativity to identify and implement additional enhancements and new software solutions for legal professionals and administrative departments
    • Developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining default system configurations for smart office technology
    • Working with the firms audio visual and videoconference teams to ensure consistency, compatibility, and to define firm standards
    • Troubleshooting problems of digital smart systems and coordinating solutions with departments and vendors; working with vendors to build custom integration solutions between various hardware and software systems
    • Identifying opportunities for enhancing security systems including access controls systems, event management systems, and smart board/collaboration technologies
    • Assisting the Audio Visual Engineer in designing and supporting firm AV systems including room control systems, digital projection, and conferencing systems

     

    ABOUT YOU

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

     

    • Have knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
    • Demonstrate proficiency with administrating and maintaining relational databases used by supported applications
    • Have knowledge of Rest API’s and API Development, database tools including SQL Management Studio, and of remote communication methodologies
    • Possess experience with enterprise audio-visual systems and conference room technologies
    • Have experience supporting a large, multi-office environment

     

    And have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or appropriate work experience
    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in PC hardware and general applications software
    • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with digital signage or other smart technologies.
