The program offers recent graduates the opportunity to jump-start their careers while gaining invaluable professional experience supporting renowned lawyers in a dynamic workplace. As a Business Services Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate within multiple legal and administrative support departments before ultimately making a permanent department selection based on your interests and the business needs of the firm. Our goal is to provide you with a broad understanding of the firm and arm you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to build a successful career.

The firm offers a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
