Business Services Training Program
Latham & Watkins, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking recent college graduates to join the Business Services Training Program in our Chicago office. The program offers recent graduates the opportunity to jump-start their careers while gaining invaluable professional experience supporting renowned lawyers in a dynamic workplace. As a Business Services Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate within multiple legal and administrative support departments before ultimately making a permanent department selection based on your interests and the business needs of the firm. Our goal is to provide you with a broad understanding of the firm and arm you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to build a successful career.
The firm offers a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. Eligible employees can participate in Latham's comprehensive benefit program including healthcare, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401k plan. In addition, employees receive 10 paid holidays per year, and a PTO program that accrues 23 days during the first year of employment and grows with tenure.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
