    **About the role
    ** As a Director of Workplace Experience, you will be responsible for directing, creating, implementing, and maintaining global, regional or practice specific programs and procedures. You will be responsible for effectively leading teams of professionals, cultivating a hospitality and service-oriented ethos and ensuring the seamless delivery of programs and service to the firm. Regular travel is required. Other key responsibilities include:

    • Making recommendations to the Chief Officer and other members of senior staff and legal management regarding new developments, strategic initiatives, and goals for Workplace Experience and the firm
    • Providing strategic direction and support to Workplace Experience (“WE”) Senior Managers and staff regarding the following areas:
      • Communicating the vision, and crafting a strategy that focuses on technology experience with an emphasis on operational excellence
      • Developing best practices and innovation to drive process improvements and change, including standards and measures (KPIs)
      • Establishing priorities and aligning strategic objectives
      • Collaborating with Senior Managers on change management strategy and communications
      • Driving implementation strategy, taking decisive action, and keeping on track with commitments to stakeholders
      • Leading and mentoring the WE Senior Managers with a central focus on self-development and coaching
      • Using data to drive strategy, track success, and deliver solutions
      • Cultivating a network of relationships to drive alignment across internal functions and regions
    • Staying abreast of current and new Real Estate and Workplace Experience processes, tools, technologies, and market to remain current
    • Managing, training, and developing the WE team; leading them in their professional and career development endeavors; acting as lead resource for operations questions, issues, developments, and strategic initiatives
    • Working with local Senior Managers and the Chief Officer to develop budget requirements for all expenses; managing budget expenditures and monitoring variances for the office
    • Liaising with all areas of the firm where overlap exists to develop efficient procedures / communications to stream-line processes and satisfy various department needs

    **About you
    ** We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Exhibit excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead multiple teams (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision making) necessary for effective management
    • Possess the ability to undertake large, long-term projects, develop alternative methods to complete them, and implement solutions
    • Display the ability to perceive and analyze complex problems, and a capacity to make or recommend sound decisions

    And have:

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
    • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible operations experience, or related experience, at a multi-office professional services organization
    • A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience at a professional services organization; experience with budgeting and general accounting procedures

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $220,000 - $300,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
