    **About the role
    ** As an Associate Director of Professional Administration, you will be responsible for serving as a key resource for the firm’s executive administrative management team and supports the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy Chief – Professional Administration (Deputy Chief) in their day-to-day business and oversight of the firm’s operations and administrative priorities. You will be assisting with communications among the COO, the Deputy Chief, and the firm’s Chief Officers, support the Deputy Chief in the oversight of cross-department projects and interdisciplinary initiatives, and assist the COO and Deputy Chief with a variety of executive communications. Other key responsibilities include:

    • Serving as a trusted advisor and key resource for the Deputy Chief; serving as a point-of-contact to others at the firm on behalf of the COO and the Deputy Chief

    • Supporting the COO and the Deputy Chief in the process of overseeing the day-to-day business of the firm’s professional administration, such day-to-day business includes:

      • Building agendas and driving follow-up from meetings among the firm’s Chief Officers
      • Building agendas and driving follow-up from meetings among the firm’s senior administrative leadership team
      • Providing leadership and project management support for cross-department projects and workstreams
      • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency in the day-to-day workflow of the Deputy Chief
    • Supporting the COO and the Deputy Chief in preparing written communications and presentations to the partnership, the Executive Committee, office, department, practice, industry, and committee leadership on behalf of the firm’s executive administrative management team; leveraging a strong working knowledge of the firm’s practices, global platform, financial key performance indicators, and administrative structure and services in the preparation of these written communications and presentations

    • Supporting the Deputy Chief in the oversight and leadership of multiple interdisciplinary initiatives and programs; communicating frequently with senior leadership of all administrative departments on behalf of the Deputy Chief to drive projects forward, identify opportunities and challenges, and monitor progress

    • Working with the firm’s Chief Officers individually and collectively to advance cross-department administrative projects and strategic priorities, in collaboration with the COO and the Deputy Chief


    **About you
    ** We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills, with the proven ability to facilitate discussion and consensus-based decision-making, lead adjacent teams, and manage the work of others outside of a direct reporting relationship to ensure quality and accuracy
    • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
    • Possess strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to manage workflow and enhance efficiency

    And have:

    • A Bachelor's degree, with a Law degree or MBA (strongly desired)
    • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a professional services environment
    • Experience at a Law firm (strongly desired)

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $260,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
