We a high profile personal injury law firm an IT Manager to become a part of our team. The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensures CEO has access to business resources at all times

·         Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

·         Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration

·         Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software

·         Setup of user accounts

·         Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

·         Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions

·         Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement

·         Maintain information security

·         Prepare cost benefits analysis when upgrades are necessary, to determine vendors are offering the best possible service for the price

·         Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed

·         Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

·         Must be able to physically move computers and peripherals

·         Ability to work after normal business hours when needed

·         Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability

·         Other responsibilities as needed
