Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of civil matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court appearances, taking and attending depositions and trial work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Admitted to practice in PA and NJ
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
