Offit Kurman, one of the fastest growing law firms in the United States, is currently seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing professional to join the marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating graphics and offering improvements and enhancements to existing team capabilities to implement firm and attorney marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized, and must have superior written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design invitations, flyers, posters and all marketing collateral.
• Draft and format articles and blog posts for website posting.
• Update website design, graphics, content and landing pages as needed.
• Design and post content to social media sites as needed.
• Proofread blogs/articles.
• Perform online research and provide graphic design analysis to the firm and team members.
• Support Marketing Managers in their regions where needed and as necessary to meet marketing objectives for attorneys in that region.

Qualifications:

• College degree required; Major in Graphic Design preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Suite of design products including Photoshop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Experience using WordPress for website updates.
• Exposure to HTML code.
• Experience in Email and Event platforms like MailChimp and Constant Contact.
• Experience with Social Media platforms; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
