Offit Kurman is seeking a litigation associate to join our Bethesda office.

We are looking for an attorney with 2+ years' litigation experience. This position has a healthy mix of research, drafting and going to court. Attorney will be responsible for managing a large caseload; regularly handle court appearances; draft pleadings, oppositions, default notices, briefs and motions; 1st chair bench trial work

Must be admitted and active to practice in DC. VA or MD bar is preferred, not required. Unable to consider candidates willing to waive into DC at this time. This position will sit in Bethesda or Tysons Corner. Going to DC as needed for court.
