Offit Kurman is seeking an experienced litigator to join our Philadelphia office. The attorney will be part of a team handling Product Liability, Mass Toxic Tort, and Construction litigation matters. The Group oversees National Claims for sophisticated Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will have significant responsibilities including litigation strategy, depositions of key witnesses, parties, and experts, going to court, preparing witnesses, drafting pleadings, briefs and motions and trial. Some trial is required for this role due to the significant high-level client interaction.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Trial experience a plus.
