Offit Kurman is seeking to hire a real estate paralegal for our Charlotte Office.   Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Real Estate.    Paralegal will primarily focus on commercial real estate and development.  However, we will consider candidates with a commercial or residential real estate background.

Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct title searches, review title reports.
• Preparation of deeds, affidavits and trust.
• Review and prepare commercial loan documents
• Prepare corporate documents
• Perform due diligence searches
• Draft closing binders, checklists and closing documentation.   
• Manage communication with clients
