Intellectual Property – Patent Associate Attorney

Location: Open to Any Offit Kurman Office Location

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
• Have 4–6 years of experience in a law firm setting with patent drafting, opinions, infringement analysis, and prosecution.
• Possess a technical background in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Have experience with medical devices or technical innovations (highly preferred).
