Small Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Conduct factual investigations and organize relevant information from various sources
• Draft settlement demands and correspond with medical providers and subrogation companies to negotiate lien and bill reductions
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings
• Coordinate and manage case calendars, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Utilize medical records and billing to support case damages
• Ensure compliance with court rules and legal procedures throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor with a positive, dependable attitude
• Adhere to a daily work schedule
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation : Salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
