Transcriptionist - type transcription from medical provider dictation about patients for entry to the patient medical record. Schedule is to be determined but could include different shifts (either day, afternoon or night) and some weekend work. Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification: 1. One year of full-time clerical office or closely related experience and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. 2. Post-high school course work in an accredited secretarial, business, or closely related curriculum may be substituted for the required experience on a month-for-month basis. 3. A total of one year of education and/or full-time experience (as described in number one), where 30 semester hours of accredited college or university course work in any field equals one year of full-time experience. 4. Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes the equivalent of six months of full full-time experience as a Typist.
