    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Global Recruiting – Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Recruiting department by taking a lead role in the administration of the firm’s attorney recruiting database, in addition to recruiting and diversity analysis and reporting. The Data Coordinator would also be responsible for pulling statistical hiring information, maintaining the callback RSVP Portal, calculating summer pace, preparing recruiting information for surveys, and various year-end statistics. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Helping manage the firm’s hiring database, which includes quality control for the data entered and regulatory compliance with respect to data privacy and security of candidate data and personal information; working with and making recommendations to senior management regarding the maintenance and enhancement of our database and management

    • Creating and updating reoccurring data, hiring and status reports for Director of Global Recruiting and Recruiting Managers

    • Researching and analyzing recruiting trends

    • Managing the data section(s) of various annual law firm surveys

    • Creating and maintaining hiring status reports and checklists

    • Collaborating with Global Technology and the local offices to set up the candidate callback RSVP Portal and provide support

     

    ABOUT YOU

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

     

    • Display strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
    • Possess the ability to organize and distribute work clearly and efficiently
    • Demonstrate a well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm

     

    And have:

     

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, data science, information systems, business, finance, or related field
    • A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in professional recruiting, data management, or data science
