Jr Paralegal UST Global is looking to hire a Jr. Paralegal for our busy Legal Team in UST Global HQ in Aliso Viejo. Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: - Administer Legal Matter Management tool and facility payments to outside counsel - Maintain record and document management - Provide litigation support including file set up - Produce documents pursuant to legal demands and subpoenas - Prepare reports, as needed - Review drafts of various agreements as directed by attorneys - Process documents for signature and maintain executed agreements in repository - Conduct legal research, as needed - Support outside counsel in establishment of other entities in new countries, intellectual property matters and discovery matters - Coordinate and monitor compliance with records retention requirements of litigation hold rules - Arrange travel plans, as needed - Maintain calendar and process expense reports for the department - Facilitate development of key policies and related records including authoritative source - Collaborate across functional teams and foster collaborative environment - Be available full time at the corporate office Education and experience: - Requires 2-5 years of experience in compliance or legal area - Superior writing and oral communication skills - Ability to work with diverse groups and reach consensus - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure - Must be able to work independently - Excellent time management skills - People skills including good judgment and tact - Ability to adapt to new technology - Proficient in Microsoft Suite Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - Paralegal Certificate preferred MBA **Primary Location: **US-CA-Aliso Viejo **Work Locations: ** **Organization: **UST GLOBAL INC. **Schedule: **Full-time **Job Type: **Standard **Job Posting: **Jan 3, 2019, 2:24:58 AM **Shift: **Day Job
