    The Growth Marketing team contributes to owner and company success through excellence in communicating Vacasa's differentiated value proposition by educating customers on the full-value of homeownership, real estate markets, and rental income. We deliver compelling messages many times in traditional and innovative media to persuade owners - whether they are considering a purchase or already love their "home away from home" and are excited to share the experience.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    The Growth Marketing Team  is looking for a driven, customer-focused program lead to join our Referral team. This position will support the local business development teams in developing their local agent networks, scale our program offerings to real estate professionals, and test-and-learn different approaches to improving the customer experience.   

    You will be managed by our Referral Manager, who will work with you to advance your career goals in line with Vacasa's growth objectives. This role will be office based in Boise, Idaho, with emphasis on working with remote agents and in-person collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support scaling our Expert Agent Network program by facilitating strategic partnerships between expert agents and sales executives.
    • Test and learn new approaches to better support our agent network through improved tools, training, and processes.  
    • Expand our Certification Program by adding additional course offerings and CE credits learning. Do interviews and usability sessions with top agents to improve existing training offerings.
    • Implement and improve Vacasa's Expert Agent engagement strategy.
    • Support and/or host remote and in market presentations to groups agents and brokerages.
    • Help identify new opportunities to build Vacasa's property management portfolio through agent referrals and partnerships.
    • Help Realtors sell more homes: Deliver real value to agents we're looking to enroll through seller packages, income projections, or ROI consultations.
    • Help Vacasa sales executives grow their local agent networks, leveraging centralized lead-sources to creatively discover, qualify, and register agents.
    • Connect qualified, registered agents to our local Vacasa consultants.  
    • Consistently exceed property management unit referrals via expert agents network.
    • Collect feedback from agents via surveys, calls, and in-person meetings, listening for what they need
    • Support realtor engagement team by managing administrative duties and coordinating event logistics.
    • Coordination between sales executives, agents, & finance to ensure to support referral payment management
    • Help us build a better referral program as we learn from new markets and gather agent feedback.
    • Deliver value. Demonstrate high responsiveness. Build trust.
    • Potential to travel up to 15% of the year

    THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

    • Great listening skills with the ability to synthesize quickly and communicate clearly.
    • Strong attention to detail and superb follow-through.
    • Excellent phone presence and experience managing relationships remotely and in-person
    • Strong presentation skills & ability to speak to large groups
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong follow-through
    • Verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
    • Ability to simply, clearly communicate Vacasa programs and policies to potential clients and partners.
    • Experience with a sales CRM. Hubspot experience is preferred but not required.
