Vendor & Contract Specialist (On-Site)

As our Vendor and Contract Specialist in our Marketing **** department, you will have the opportunity to manage third-party lead-generation vendors, while ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and evaluate third-party lead generation vendors that align with the firm's marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, ensuring clear and comprehensive contracts that safeguard the firm's interests.
- Monitor and enforce vendor compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
- Conduct vendor performance analysis and reports to present to stakeholders.
- Create and preserve vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and manage the budget allocated for vendor services.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure vendor compliance with legal and ethical standards and implement risk management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and marketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies, digital marketing, and legal marketing trends is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal industry regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software applications.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving legal environment.
- Reliably commute to Los Angeles, CA (90010).

Compensation
- This is a Non-Exempt position with an annualized range of $70,000 -85,000 based on experience
