Wilson Elser's Denver office currently seeks a Part Time Legal Staff Assistant to work a flexible schedule of 21 hours a week.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm.

THE POSITION
Qualifications ·1+ years of work experience in a law firm preferred ·Experience with databases and data entry ·Must be able to think analytically, take direction well, and work independently ·Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload and work with court deadlines and schedules ·Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ·Must be well organized, a self-starter with good communications skills Responsibilities ·Document management, including filing, and indexing ·Maintenance of document logs and document organization ·Importing voluminous emails to our document management system ·Uploading and importing CD’s and DVD’s. ·Follow a uniform coding system to track incoming and outgoing case materials ·Retrieve and route requested files or filing ·Any other administrative tasks assigned
