Each activity area at Camp Lincoln & Camp Lake Hubert requires a Director or Specialist to lead that program. Activity leaders are needed in areas as listed below. Activity leader responsibilities include the overall operation of that area, programming, developing and implementing lesson plans, camper instruction, setting and enforcing safety rules, record keeping, evaluation of campers, overseeing staff assigned to assist in the area, camper award systems, equipment and supply care, maintenance, knowledge of emergency procedures, and staff training. We are looking for activity leaders in numerous areas including: Sailing, Horseback Riding, Archery, Riflery, High Ropes, Climbing Wall, Arts and Crafts, Waterfront (Head Lifeguard), Windsurfing, Outdoor Camping, Photography, Mountain Biking, Radio/Podcasting, Baseball, Basketball, Dance, Drama, Ecology, Fishing, Fitness, Golf, Guitar, Gymnastics, Kayaking, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Pottery, Rowing, Tennis, and Trapshooting.

All activity specialists/directors live with children and have cabin counselor responsibilities, as well, compatible with the demands of their activity.
