We are seeking a savvy wordsmith to be a camp blogger. Candidates must have a knack and love for writing, an understanding of overnight camp, and preferably blogging experience. The blogger will be communicating information about our camps to parents and prospective families. Our blogger will liaison with all camp directors, sports, arts and science specialists to report on the daily activities of camp.

• Capture and record the camp experience by writing various types of articles on programs and activities.
• Maintain daily contact with camp directors and specialty staff to learn about camper programs and activities
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation

This position will be based in our main office and will provide support to our office staff as well.

• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with writing and maintaining a blog
• Excellent organizational, and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to take guidance and supervision
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Excellent Writing Skills, Blogging Experience, a plus
