Camp Romaca is an outstanding all-girls sleep-away camp located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts.

The Romacan philosophy embraces the idea that the camping experience should be dynamic and full of fun. Camp should be a wonderful place for girls to learn. We aim to provide our campers with the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment. We stress development of skills through cooperative participation and repetition, as well as pride in accomplishment and cooperation. We structure our program to provide instruction in small groups and, where possible, individually.

We are searching for passionate and skilled female staff to join our Adventure Team for the 2017 season. We currently have a limited number of positions available in Climbing Wall, High Ropes, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and Nature/Ecology.

Romaca boasts a state of the art facility which provides ample opportunity for campers to challenged themselves and advance their skills. In addition we visit many of the local state parks to provide our campers with the chance to explore and experience nature.

• Climbing or High Ropes experience is preferred, but not required.
• We offer a 4 day training program prior to the start of the summer for all staff.

Camp Romaca is a summer camp for girls located in the picturesque Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on fostering lifelong friendships between both campers and staff, while providing a unique summer experience. Our 7-week program includes a well-rounded schedule of sports, fitness, water activities, art, theater, and outdoor living skills.
