We are looking for a creative and curious Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Daily activities will include...

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Create, track and own analytics dashboards
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to design A/B tests in product
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Work closely with internal team members dedicated to design, social media community management (organic social), and tech implementation to help them understand and execute against marketing needs

• You can tell a story where you convinced someone to do something or try a product and have the data to back your story up
• You love the Tentrr story and can’t wait to tell everyone about it
• Proven working experience in digital marketing consumer-facing products (2-4 years)
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and can speak to the results
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Handle requests with a sense of urgency and know that in small companies/start-ups things move very quickly and change every day
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and are good at changing direction at a moment’s notice
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch.io)
• Experience in Google Adwords and/or Facebook Power Editor (at an agency or similar function within a company or independently)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
