Responsibilities:

• Know everything there is to know about camp keeping with Tentrr in order to answer any questions CampKeepers might have
• Provide friendly and efficient support to every Tentrr CampKeeper
• Be the first point of contact to resolve CampKeepers issues via phone, email and live chat
• Mediate discrepancies between users
• Goal oriented and passionate for success
• Ability to multitask flawlessly
• On-call schedule participant [24/7 camper support]

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Sharp eye for detail
• Excellent judgment and decisiveness under pressure
