Imagine spending a week in paradise with the sun, sand, warm ocean waters surrounding you and of course your best friends! This is what we do at Gradweek.

We send high school seniors to some of the most beautiful places in Hawaii, Bahamas, and Mexico. You will be helping high school students from around the country prepare for the best week of their life.

As an event coordinator you will be filling a position as the face of Gradweek on an awesome, highly motivated, and energetic team of travel sales and marketing pros.

With all of this responsibility we also expect that you would be able to travel to these incredible places and see what Gradweek is all about. We also would like you to be able to travel domestically to meet with your groups for presentations.

• Utilize social media to identify and contact new travelers, maintain connections with leads and prospects, ensure all social media platforms are maintained to promote the brand image
• You will be responsible for generating a set number of leads/new sales each week
• Build relationships and help develop organizers at schools within your assigned territories

• Solid understanding of the following social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat
• Self starter with the ability to utilize these platforms as a primary means of communication to sell the brand and trip to high school students
• Bubbly personality and someone willing to learn and grow with this new position
• Sales and marketing training on our sales system will be provided, This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with plenty of coaching and guidance
• Ability to travel several times per year
