Camp Romaca is an outstanding all-girls sleepaway camp located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts.

The Romacan philosophy embraces the idea that the camping experience should be dynamic and full of fun. Camp should be a wonderful place for girls to learn. We aim to provide our campers with the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment.

We are searching for passionate and skilled counselors to work in our theater and dance department. Every division on camp puts on their own show throughout the course of the summer and the campers really enjoy it! Our historic rec hall houses our stage for shows and dance classes take place in our dance studio overlooking the lake.
