PILOT LAST MILE is seeking a full time ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE 1 to work for our BREA STATION located in Brea, CA.  The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to emails regarding settlements for the Independent Contractors
• Maintain the Independent Contractor ACH list
• Responsible for data entry of payables in to NetSuite
• Create Independent Contractor settlements in DTB  and sync to NetSuite
• Direct settlement distribution to Independent Contractors via email
• Audit settlements
• Process customer claims

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity, which require discretion and independent judgment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate
• Superior communication and proofreading skills
• Organizational abilities and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and deal with strict deadlines
• High level of courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism
• Ensures strict confidentiality of company information
• Must be able to type accurately
• Must be able to manage deadlines
