    Primary Functions:

    Primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and maintain organization within the Agent group. Role is responsible for Sugar, Agent SOPs and MercuryGate continuous training. Also, responsible for processing documentation, improvement and standardization for all aspects of agent operations. The Agent Operations Coordinator supports the organization objective of improving efficiency, effectiveness and continuity of the Agent program.

    Position Responsibilities:

    1. Acts as Lead in assisting existing agents by working to resolve back office support issues thru research, communication, and/or modification of SOPs, collections, claims, unbilled, etc.
    2. Acts as Lead for assigned team tasks and/or duties assigned to them such as agent background checks, onboarding, credential setup, agents unbilled/collections efforts.
    3. Assist with thorough and efficient on-boarding and on-going training of new/existing agent offices
    4. Lead Agent Team in MercuryGate Beta users to identify continuous training improvement initiatives
    5. Work with Agent Team to maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures for all agent operations to ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and usage to improve continuity and efficiency
    6. Process definition, documentation and standardization of agent survival guide
    7. Internal and external customer interaction
    8. Provide administrative support for agent activity as defined by Director, Operations
    9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
  • Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

    Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 7-11 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
